Management Trainee

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Prepare and review financial plans and projections related to the company’s local operations;
  • Conduct variance analyses from time to time on the basis of actual financials against planned and projected financials;
  • Regular correspondence with Management and the Regional Team on product performance, cash flow, sales channel efficiency, and other related financials;
  • Identify the sources of performance variance and provide Management an overview of how the overall performance can be improved;
  • Help Management in identifying relevant performance drivers that will minimize cost but generate new business opportunities;
  • Prepare and review any revision of the original plan from time to time under a proper communication with Management and the Regional Team;
  • Properly maintain and safeguard all financial analysis templates and documents provided by the Regional Team;
  • Ensure a proper documentation of all analyses and projections and keep all related parties updated in due course.
Job Nature


Educational Requirements
    BBA/ MBA from any reputed university (preferably with a major in Finance)
Additional Job Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an excellent command over written and spoken English
  • Proactive attitude, and strong analytical and problem solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work individually and also in a team
  • Commendable computer literacy (especially in MS Office)
  • Energetic, performance-driven, and committed
